  • Severe abdominal pain — especially if it radiates to your back
  • Persistent vomiting (more than 24 hours) or inability to keep fluids down
  • Signs of allergic reaction: rash spreading beyond injection site, throat tightness, difficulty breathing
  • Severe dizziness or fainting

  • Any side effect that prevents you from eating adequate protein
  • Mood changes, depression, or anxiety that feel significant
  • Injection site reactions that spread, worsen, or don't resolve
  • Hair loss that feels excessive or alarming
  • Any symptom you're unsure about
Usually manageable
  • Mild nausea (especially around injection day) — improves with dose stabilization
  • Constipation — responds to hydration and soluble fiber
  • Fatigue in first few weeks — often under-fueling
  • Mild injection site redness — normal, resolves quickly
